Theodora Bogiou Educational Leader & Well-Being Advocate Theodora has been a pioneer in the field of education for over 25 years. She is an EFL Teacher Trainer and has served as the Head of School and Director of Studies at Bogiou Language School since 2002. She has also worked as an Academic Manager with BSC Young Learners in Oxford, Chelmsford, and Malta. Her extensive leadership experience includes quality assurance, leadership training development, British Council and Ofqual inspection preparation, and monitoring teaching and learning standards. Theodora holds a Master’s Degree in TESOL from Nicosia University and has additional qualifications in Neuroscience Coaching, Teen Coaching, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Hypnotherapy, and Positive Psychology. She is a strong advocate for emotional well-being in education.

As the founder of exSELlens™, Theodora has developed multiple groundbreaking programs, including Little Pilots™, Little Stars™, ‘Mummy and Me’ English Together™, XBrain™, Teacher SELato™, and RESILIENT TEENS™. Her latest program, the Diploma in Social & Emotional Well-Being™, helps schools embed emotional well-being into their core practices, equipping educators with science-backed strategies to enhance teacher resilience, student engagement, and school culture. This globally recognized certification, endorsed by NOCN, ensures that schools have sustainable systems in place to support the emotional and professional well-being of their staff and students.

Her innovative frameworks earned the Gold Award in Teaching Innovation (2020) and have supported educational leaders and teachers in nurturing the whole child. To date, over 800 teachers have been trained in her six proprietary Social and Emotional Well-being programs, achieving extraordinary results.

She firmly believes that students’ cognitive development depends on their social and emotional well-being. Having personally experienced the transformative power of shifting her mindset and overcoming challenges, she discovered her true purpose: helping others navigate their own mindset transformations and unlock their full potential.
