My name is Jon Crocker and I am based in Manchester, England.I have been working with language schools and summer programmes since 1992 in leadership and management positions. Over the last four decades, these roles have included UK Group Manager, Principal and Headmaster working with some of the industry-leading educational institutions, including Nord Anglia, Aspect and OISE. These days, in addition to Project X, a unique London-based experience with a focus on global skills, I also offer consultancy services to new and existing summer schools. Also, I recently produced training videos on leadership and teamwork for English UK. As an accredited coach for the GC Index I provide personalised insights to individuals on their energy for impact unlocking their core proclivities of Game Changer, Strategist, Implementer, Polisher and Play Maker.
I’ve spent the past 30+ years leading in international education — from group leadership roles to Headmaster positions — across some of the sector’s most respected organisations, including Nord Anglia, Aspect, and OISE.
