Fodi Kyriakos is a recruitment workforce specialist with extensive experience in the Healthcare & IT sectors. He founded Skilled Personnel Consulting (www.skilled-personnel.com) and now acts as a careers counsellor as well as strategic advisor to organisations on workforce matters, facilitating many key relationships across the sectors. He previously founded the company RIG Reporting, which specialised in delivering radiography recruitment services to the UK NHS.

Following the acquisition of RIG Reporting by the InHealth Group, Fodi continued to develop the service and became part of the senior management team at InHealth. He has over 26 years experience working in recruitment and is one of the most experience & well respected relationship managers in the sector. In addition to this, Fodi also devotes his time as a mentor on Youth Development programmes in Cyprus and is extremely passionate about guiding the next generation through the early part of their careers as well as emphasising the importance of leaving a positive legacy.
