Job Description

Liaocheng Education Group in Shandong, China, is seeking two passionate and dedicated full-time ESL Teachers to join our expanding Kindergarten and Primary School programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Teach engaging English lessons to kindergarten and primary students

  • Develop and deliver student-centered, interactive lessons that promote language development and confidence

  • Assess, record, and report on student progress in line with school expectations

  • Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that supports student well-being and holistic growth

  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum design and participate in professional development initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, or a related field

  • TESOL/TEFL certification (required)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Commitment to student well-being and holistic education

  • Ability to deliver engaging, student-centered lessons

  • Flexibility for video interviews and submission of a short self-introduction vide
